Our Founder
Autumn Mays is a 22 year old recent graduate of DePaul University receiving her Bachelor of Science in Performing Arts Management with a double minor in Communication Studies and Business Administration. Autumn began her musical journey at the age of 8 with her participation in Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra’s (MYSO) “Progressions” Program. Spending 10 years in the organization as a member, she completed her journey with MYSO in their flagship orchestra “Senior Symphony”. As a classically trained violinist and composer, she has had the opportunity to play alongside YouTube Sensation “The Piano Guys”, American Hip Hop Duo “Black Violin” and composed two orchestral compositions "The Awakening" and "Vehemence".
Beginning her philanthropy and music advocacy journey in 2019, she co-created the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center Student Advisory Board and served as the first Vice-Chairwoman. She was recognized for her philanthropic efforts through the board and was the recipient the 2021 National Philanthropic Youth of Today Award for her work as Vice-Chairwoman.
In addition to her music endeavors, Autumn was 2024 Miss Milwaukee County USA and recently placed Top 12 at the 2024 Miss Wisconsin USA pageant. She has held previous pageant titles and placements including the 2019 National American Miss Wisconsin Teen, 2018 National Outstanding American Miss Jr-teen title and 1st runner up to the Miss Wisconsin Teen USA title in 2021. Autumn also has won various pageant talent competitions for her violin solo performances.

As the Founder/CEO of NoteWorthy, Autumn strives to grant resources and opportunities to underrepresented and marginalized youth in her community through the arts in hopes of fostering a new generation of performers that will break down stereotypes. She continues to balance her work as an arts professional, model, musician and philanthropic leader.
